Hello, I am 72 years old, 50% disability status, 49 years of work in shipyards and on building sites. Due to osteoporosis I am 5 cm shorter. My first episode of sciatic discomfort was when I was 18. For years I took medications, injections — everything that does harm. I was hospitalised many times; they wanted to operate. Fortunately I did not agree.
